Evanston Chess Club Tournament Terms and Conditions

• All registration fees are non-refundable.
• Check in when you arrive. Players who do not check in by 9:30 a.m. will be given a half-point bye for Round 1.
• Players who do not check in by the end of Round 1 will be withdrawn from the tournament.

To play in our tournaments, you must be:
EITHER 14 years of age
OR your current published USCF regular rating must be 900 or higher.

Please do not sign up younger players who are rated below 900. If you do, the player will not be paired and your registration fee will not be refunded.
